Welcome
Streamlining Your Dental Care Experience
Welcome to Our Comprehensive Hub of Patient Resources
Toothworks is committed to making your dental journey as comfortable and straightforward as possible.
We have consolidated all the necessary resources and essential information to streamline your dental care experience. Leverage our patient resources and let us guide you through a seamless dental experience.
Your First Visit To Toothworks Is All About Getting To Know You And Ensuring That You Are Comfortable In Our Clinic.
We want to make sure there are no surprises and that you feel at home with our team.
During your visit, we encourage you to ask questions, share your concerns, and provide us with any relevant information about your health. Full-mouth x-rays and a comprehensive exam of your teeth, gums, mouth, and jaws will be performed, including a non-invasive oral cancer screening.
Once your first visit exam is completed, your dentist will talk with you about their findings. Together you will create a healthy, effective treatment plan that best meets your dental and personal needs. We can prioritize and stagger your treatments to give you the smile you need, in a timeframe that is comfortable for you.
If you haven’t been to a dentist in a long while, please don’t worry. You’ve made an important decision, and there is no need to feel guilty! We will go above and beyond to make you feel relaxed and safe.
Not only is your physical comfort important to us, but your emotional comfort is as well. So, come in, recline, and unwind. You’re in great hands, and we can’t wait to meet you!
New Patient Form
To expedite your check-in process and minimize your wait time, you can access and fill out our New Patient Form before your visit.
Toothworks Policies
Toothworks is committed to providing you with the easiest medical care experience possible, which is why we help you file your claim with your insurance provider.
Please make sure to consult your dental coverage plan before meeting with one of our dental specialists so you can better understand all associated charges.
Our support team is available to help explain and interpret your dental coverage policy with you if you need assistance. Although we make every possible effort, due to privacy acts, we cannot be held responsible to know the details (maximums and frequencies) of your insurance coverage.
Full payment is expected at the time of service for services not covered by your insurance provider unless alternative arrangements have been made in advance.
Unfortunately, we are unable to accept the following insurer policies: ADSC, ALBERTA WORKS AND AISH.
Changes to appointments must be made 2 business days in advance. This courtesy allows us to book another patient into the open appointment time. There is a $100 / hr booked charge for missed appointments, which may be applied to those more than 15 minutes late for appointments as well. Please let the office know if you are rescheduling due to an emergency, as we may be able to waive this charge in certain situations.
Arriving more than 15 minutes late may result in a rescheduled appointment, as a late appointment will cause other patients’ appointments to be pushed back. This is unfair to those who have arrived on time.
Say Goodbye to Downtown Parking Stress!
Reserved parking for Toothworks patients is now available.
We’re thrilled to announce our partnership with the Impark lot right next door to our practice. We have reserved stalls for patient use, and it’s absolutely free! Simply validate your license plate at our reception desk.
Should our reserved stalls be fully occupied, we’re still able to validate street parking through E-Park. Upon arrival for your appointment, please let us know if you are parked in an E-Park spot. We’ll need to know how long you’ve paid for, the zone you’re parked in, and your license plate number. During your appointment, we’ll ensure your parking doesn’t expire (our team will extend your parking if needed). We’ll also validate the parking you’ve paid for.
