Payment and Insurance Policy

At Toothworks Oliver, we’re committed to providing our customers with the easiest medical care experience possible which is why we will help you file your claim with your insurance provider. Payment is expected in full at the time of service for services not covered by your insurance provider. Please make sure to consult your dental coverage plan before meeting with one of our dental specialists so you can better understand all associated charges. 

Although we make every possible effort, due to the Privacy Act, we cannot be held responsible to know the details (maximums and frequencies) of your insurance coverage.

Payment is expected in full when service is rendered if said service is not covered by your insurance provider, unless alternative arrangements have been made in advance. Our administrative staff is available to help explain and interpret your dental coverage policy with you if you need assistance. 

Cancellation Policy

Changes to appointments must be made 48 hours in advance. Arriving more than 15 minutes late may result in a rescheduled appointment.

There is a $100 charge for missed appointments, which may be applied to those more than 15 minutes late for appointments as well.
